Q: I was served court paperwork today by a deputy. I looked at the paperwork and its about a loan.

I don't recognize the loan and i wanted to know what kind of attorney can help me fight this since I think i might be the victim of identity theft.

The matter with the credit card is a civil matter, not a child support matter. These are independent actions. The State has filed an action to require him to pay support and arrears. If this just happened, a Federal investigation may be pending. If you spoke to Federal Officers, then you may be subject to further action in criminal court. This will delay any action and may even result in detention and deportation.
